EMERGENCY promotes a culture of peace, solidarity and respect for human rights. http://www.emergencyhkg.org/ Individual Categories: Men and Women Junior (Age 10 to under 18) Men and Women Open (18 or above) Men and Ladies Senior (Age 18 to under 30) Men and Women Master I (Age 30 to under 40) Men and Women Master II (Age 40 to under 50) Men and Women Master III (Age 50 or above) (actual age on race day) Entry fee: $250 (Each Station) All Stations: $700 (Entry two stations will receive a limited souvenir; Three stations, will receive a limited edition Tee) Awards: Medal and prizes for the Top 5 positions in each category. Ramps jersey: the champion of each category will be awarded the jersey. Calculation is based on the highest scores collected in all 3 stations or the fastest time. (For those who registered for all 3 stations, his/her age will be calculated by the date of the 1^st station registration) Team Category (Age 18 or above) 4 Men’s Team 4 Women Team 4 Mix Team ( at least one team player should be from an opposite sex) Match type: How to win? One of team member from a 4-people team, who gets the fastest time, is a winning team. Medal and prizes will be awarded to the first three positions in 4 Men Team, 4 Women Team & 4 Mix Team. (Awards are calculated per each station) Note: All participants should participate as a team in team category and will not be awarded for any individual category award. Entry fee: $1000 (Each Station) Replacement of team member(s): please pay attention that HK$100 will be charged as an administration fee for any replacement of team member(s) on the race day. 1st Station Date：08 NOV (SUN) Kowloon Beacon Hill (10KM) 2nd Station Date：15 NOV (SUN) Tsuen Wan- Tai Mo Shan (12KM) Final Station Date：25 DEC (THU) Tai Tam- Mount Parker (14KM) X’mas Fun Run - Mini Ramp (3.5KM) Start Time 0900 (The fun race will start after 14KM group) Family category A team should pair up with 2 family members; the guardian should be at the age of 18 or above and a child should be from 6 to 10 years old. Entry fee: $300 Individual Category (No age limit): Men and Women Entry fee: $150 Awards: Medal and prizes for the Top 5 positions in each category. Deadline：One week before the race Remark: No refund will be arranged, once entry & registration is accepted. Number Bib: Race pack pick up to be collected two week before the race. Participants will receive email by organizer; the bib must be visible in the front at all times during race and it is not transferable. Any non-conformance will lead to disqualification. Water stations:Located at Start, Checkpoint and Finish First-aid: Located at Start and Finish Baggage:Bag drop at the barbeque site. Tags with your race number will be provided. Please do not leave any valuables as organizer will not be liable for any lost or damages. Charity Lucky Draw:Lucky draw will be held before/after prizepresentation. There are plenty of attractive lucky draw prizes and allrunnersare eligible. Bad weather: If typhoons signal no.3 or above/red rainstorm/black rainstorm warning is hoisted at 06:00.a.m, or in case of unexpected circumstances that prevent the safe proceeding of the event, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the race. If the race is cancelled, the entry fee will not be refunded to entrants. *The award ceremony will start about an hour after the Race Event. All winners must be personally present to accept the award. Please note that the organizer will not distribute the prize and award after the Ceremony. The organizer has purchased Public Liability Insurance for the race. Competitors and their parents participate the race at their own risk.
