Awards: Trophies will be awarded for the Champion, Medal will be awarded for the 1st and 2nd Runner up Positions and prizes in each category Extra Awards for the following: Overall Man/Lady Champion (the fastest man and lady runner in 10K Race, including team participants) Most Vital Award (the most senior person in the 10k race) The loveliest award (the youngest contestant in the Family Treasure hunt Game). All finishers will receive a souvenir.
Donation: Awards will be given to the individual and the team (including Treasure hunt Teams) That raises the most funds. Fill in the donation form and send together with all donations to Hong Kong Blind Sports Federation before 1 MAY, 2013. Once entry is accepted, all donations will not be refunded.
Lucky Draw: Lucky draw will be held before prize presentation. There are plenty of attractive Lucky draw prizes and all entrants are eligible. Souvenirs: Goody-bags will be given to all race 10k entrants.

Baggage: Bag drop at the tennis courts. Tags with your race number will be provided. Please do Not leave valuables as organizers will not be liable for any lost or damages.
Number Bib: Will be collected at registration counter, Must be visible in the front at all times During the race. Number bibs are not transferable. Any non- compliance will lead to disqualification.
Timing System: ChronoTrack Timing Systems - B Tag will be used.
Treasure hunt Game
A Treasure Hunt for family will be held at the General Assembly shortly after the start of the 10km Race. It will consist of teams of 2-3 family members of which at least a child member aged> 3- 10 and a guardian aged 18 or above.
Venue: Pokfulam village Regulations: The participants will be distributed with Easy understandable Map, within specified Time Limits (to be announced and confirmed by the organizer ) , to find and locate checkpoints (do not need a compass), it is necessary to use the camera (with SD card) and take photos at check points with at least one team of the team member . During the race WHOLE team must staytogether.
The fastest team with accurately location of maximum number of check points will win.
Water stations: Located at Start, half way and Finish First-aid: Located at Start and Finish The award ceremony will start about an hour after the Race Event.
All winners must be personally present to accept the award, Please note that the organizer will not distribute the prize and award after the Ceremony.
Bad weather: If typhoon signal no.3 or above/ red rainstorm/ black rainstorm/ thunderstorm/ landslide Warning is hoisted at 6:00a.m. on race morning, or in case of unexpected circumstances , the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel The race to safeguard safe proceeding of the event,.
If the race is cancelled, all donations will not be refunded but 50% of the entry fee will be Refunded. The organizer has purchased Public Liability Insurance for the race. Competitors and their parents Participate the race at their own risk. The organizer undertakes no liabilities to any personal injury. Competitors are recommended to purchase their own suitable insurance.
